We agree on arrival and departure times, any time away, and your pet’s care needs before confirming a booking. A 24-hour booking does not automatically mean uninterrupted supervision.
Familiar surroundings while you are away
Your pet can stay with their usual bed, bowls, toys, and household routine. Before the first stay, we talk through meals, walks or potty breaks, play, and where your pet feels comfortable resting. We also review home access and how to reach you if a question comes up.
Make the care plan specific
Tell us about every pet in the household, including cats, birds, reptiles, or other small pets. Show us supplies and leave clear instructions for anything that needs special attention. If medication is part of the routine, discuss the details with us before booking so we can confirm whether we can meet those needs.
Discuss timing before you travel
A four-hour session can provide a longer block of company during a day away. For a 24-hour request, we agree on the schedule, any time the sitter may be away, and the level of supervision your pet requires. Share your departure and return plans early, then arrange a free meet & greet before the first stay.
Yes. These pet-sitting services are provided in your home so your pets can stay in familiar surroundings. Discuss home access and the care routine with us at the meet & greet.
